Not to be picky, but wasn't one of the constraints that the subject NOT be looking at the camera?
These pictures are inspirational. A truly wonderful project.
Who is looking at the camera? Dan on the bike? He's actually looking past and above the camera, you just can't see it well on the web sized image. ;-)
